Our Team
 Wayne Walker, Managing Director
Mr. Walker is a recognized authority on capital markets education and management. He is also the author of the "Reality Based Trading Guide" a practical guide to forex & stock trading.
He has held several management positions in investment banking including: Regional Manager for top teams of Investment Advisors servicing North America & Middle East Regions (based in Denmark & UK), Training Consultant to financial institutions. He also headed the Trading Rights program at Saxo Bank that Investment Advisors were required to complete prior to being allowed to trade. Wayne is a trainer in demand. From his base in Copenhagen, this demand has led to training & speaking engagements in the United States, China, Jamaica, Norway, United Kingdom, Sweden, Trinidad & Tobago, etc. As a result he and GCMS have been featured in major newspapers, magazines, radio and TV talk-shows.
He is a regular finance commentator on "The Breakfast Club", Newstalk 93fm (the top morning program in the Caribbean). He provides his views on issues affecting the markets from an EU base.
Prior to Europe, he was based in New York City.
Wayne holds the ACI Dealing Certificate (Distinction), NASD-Series 3 license, a Bachelors degree from State University of New York, College at Buffalo and he also attended the University of San Diego. He is a finisher of the Los Angeles and Copenhagen marathons.
 Ole Quistgaard, Senior Consultant
Mr. Quistgaard is a seasoned investment banker with close to two decades of capital markets experience.
His background ranges from proprietary trading at one of the largest banks in Scandinavia, Account Manager of large institutional accounts, to Co-Head of a team of Investment Advisors.
His latest projects have involved training of new traders at a large EU bank & being the lead in the design of the Senior Trader development program.

 Lena Johansson, Nordic Business Development
Lena has a professional background that ranges from recruitment to accounting. In addition to her role in Business Development she is also a masters student at Copenhagen Business School.
Lena has a flair for multi-asset trading, which she has proved on several occasions. She qualified for The Nordic Trading Competition in Fall 2011, where her team competed against some of the best traders in the region. She placed among the top 3.
Alexander Weinrich, Senior Consultant
Mr. Weinrich is a an experienced investment banker and proprietary trader with over ten years of capital markets experience.
His background ranges from proprietary trading as a fund manager in Denmark to trade floor experience on the Chicago Board of Trade. Alex is known in the industry for his options trading expertise.
He has taught traders both privately & professionally in Europe and the United States.
Mr. Weinrich holds the ACI Dealing Certificate, NASD - Series 3 license, and a Bachelors degree from Merrimack College (USA).
Alex is also a former professional hockey player. Katalin Szokolai, Platform Specialist
Ms. Szokolai has both practical & theoretical experience within trading. She sits on the Investment Panel at CBS where live trades are made with the panel's funds. She has completed both the Basic & Advanced GCMS Trading diploma classes which confirms her hands - on and multi-asset trading experience.
Katalin speaks several languages including English,Hungarian,German & Danish.
She has a Bachelors degree in Intentional Business from Copenhagen Business School
